2013 Chrysler Town & Country S: Making Minivans Cool

There’s a stereotype attached to the modern mini-van. The chariot of soccer moms and fathers who sold their dreams of sports car in exchange for something practical to drive the kids to school in. I’ve never been one to buy into that philosophy of labeling a minivan as uncool. That definitely has nothing to do with me having to drive my family’s minivan to school my senor year because my older brother took the coupe to college. Chrysler doesn’t think that either.

The new 2013 Chrysler Town and Country S model will be debuted at the 2012 Los Angeles International Auto Show. The ā€œSā€ model is a family of Chrysler vehicles that are about giving top model looks for the exterior and interior. The Town and County is about showing the versatility in a minivan.

The color choices to show off in range from ‘Brilliant Black’ to ‘Deep Cherry Red.’ The infamous grille comes in black chrome along with black-background Chrysler Winged badges front and rear. The 17-inch aluminum wheels have a polished face and black-painted pockets. All combine to give a sleek and sexy look to what would otherwise been seen as the opposite.

All joking aside, minivans are seen as family vehicles for a reason. That’s why the Town and Country S will come equipped with performance suspension. That adds a great level of handling to the driver. Just a way Chrysler is bringing safety and comfort together when driving.

There’s plenty of more features Chrysler is adding to make sure your family is both protected and safe. The dual screen Blu-Ray system will be a hit with the kids, allowing both the rear seat passengers to watch HD movies on the go. You can even plug in your Xbox or Playstation in to really encourage road trips.
