J.D. Power has something known as the US Initial Quality Study, or the IQS. The IQS is a study that is assembled from the responses of more than 83,442 auto owners who have one thing in common, that their vehicle is a 2013 model-year.
They are asked about what they think about the vehicle, are there any defects worth noting? Is there any design issues? J.D. Power is looking to find out their overall perception of the vehicle’s quality.
The reason I bring this up is because the list for 2013 has been released and the 2013 Chrysler Town & Country is the “Highest Ranked Minivan in Initial Quality.”
Hard not to see why, it’s one of the best selling minivans ever. The 2013 model of the Town & Country includes leather seating to provide everyone from driver to rider with a comfortable drive. There’s also the “Stow ‘n Go” seating that helps families by having more storage space. Another key feature to aid families, The Town & Country earned the 2012 IIHS Top Safety pick for its plethora of safety features.
